Apex storage is top notch clean and people very helpful to I used there van and big shout out to John the driver for us thank you all the team there.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Apex Storage Glossop. From start to finish, everything was professional, straightforward and handled exactly as promised. A special mention has to go to John, the driver, who was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, helpful, punctual and incredibly professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole process feel completely stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in providing excellent customer service. The whole experience with Apex Storage has been fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable storage service. Excellent company, excellent service and a credit to the business in John. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff clean lockers good rates

The process was simple and was made to feel extremely comfortable the whole time, I was able to use the van to help me move all my stuff in one go. Many thanks to my driver John, as he was punctual, friendly and supportive as best he could!!

John is a ledge!

Firstly, I don't normally do reviews for items. If I pay for a coffee I expect to get a coffee and not need to leave reviews on how hot it was. However, here's the exception. I've used Apex storage here in Glossop for almost 2 years while between houses. And during that time I've received more than I originally expected. It's as if the coffee came with a table cloth, my own choice of music and a plate of biscuits on the side. Yes, Apex is a storage facility. A high-quality and well maintained storage facility compared to others maybe, but it's still basically a place to just leave your stuff under your own lock and key and then drive back home. Storage facilities should do this as part of their existence - and many do. What stands this place out from others is the genuine friendly and helpful atmosphere. Every time I walked in to the place, if I was spotted, the Apex folks who run the joint welcomed me as a friend. More like a mate or family member rather than just another paying customer. They remembered my 'history' in the place as I ventured into different rental areas. The same way that you'd remember where your mates had been on holiday or what cars they'd owned. From the first time I called in with the enquiry to the day my house was ready to accept my stuff back, it was as friendly and painless as using a spare room at my mate's house to store some of my gear. This atmosphere wasn't forced. They hadn't been on a course for it or read it in the manual. They were just local folk who went that extra mile without realising they were doing so. Add that to the clean and well maintained storage units themselves - part of what you'd expect from a decent storage facility - when I need a storage unit in the future, these folks will be the only call I'll be making. Here's a genuine thank you from me. Thank you.

Like lots of people posting reviews - I had a very positive experience with Apex in Congleton. Right from the start they were really helpful - guided me to the right-sized storage unit, which actually saved me money Vs the other places I'd spoken to. Called in yesterday to veiw a container for home move in a few weeks 100% I will use this company Sally and Gary are extremely nice and shown me everything I need to know price for 20ft container for 4 weeks is amazing value I'm very impressed 💯

Superb layout of the site, easy to load/unload goods, great staff too.. Gary & Sally gave top class service. Met the maintenance man Peter who was repairing the back door step and a container on site again 1st class workmanship , this company really do care
