Will my goods be safe in your care?

Yes, as well as being fully insured, your goods are protected by monitored CCTV, smart fire & intruder alarms and access control systems, and your own sturdy lock to secure your unit door.

Am I free to change the size of my storage unit if required?

Yes you are, should you require more space you can transfer your goods into a larger storage unit without notice, providing that we have one available. Similarly, if you reduce the amount of goods that you have in storage, you can transfer to a smaller storage unit to save money.

Can I access my goods at any time?

The majority of our storage centre’s allow 24 hour, 7 days a week access. Please speak to our team at your chosen location for details.
Business Storage

If I use storage for my business, am I tied into a contract?

No, self storage is a fantastic solution for businesses as it allows you to expand your operations with little financial risk. When you take a unit with us, you are on a rolling contract which you can stop at any time, we just ask for 14 days notice to allow us to find a replacement tenant.

I can't recommend Apex Glossop Storage highly enough. From start to finish, the service has been outstanding. Everyone at the storage facility is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything you need. I also used their van service, and John, the driver, was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, making the whole moving process much easier and less stressful. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about providing such excellent customer service. Thank you to everyone at Apex Glossop Storage for making the experience so smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage or moving services.

My friend and I had such an amazing experience with the Apex Storage centre in Ardwick and the staff were all super friendly. Our van driver-John - was really helpful, kind & honestly such a pleasure to ride along with! Siobhan was really great with explaining the contract and making us aware of all the important information and Beckie was amazing with helping us pack our stuff! Would definitely recommend :)

First time using apex storage. Fabulous from start to finish. John the van driver was very cheerful, chatty and helpful. The guys in the office did a great job too. Gave us a storage unit on the ground floor for a cheeper price. We were expecting to have to go up a floor so that was fantastic. Can not fault these guys at all. The storage is spacious, clean and bright. I highly recommend apex storage in radcliffe.john even shared his Yorkie bar with me 😋. Thanks guys for a quick and easy service

Really good experience overall. John, the van driver, was honestly lovely. He was so friendly, helpful, and informative, and made the whole moving process feel much easier. I really enjoyed our conversations too, which made the day a lot less stressful. The staff were all amazing as well, honestly 10/10. They replied to emails quickly, got everything set up with no hassle, and were very accommodating. The place also feels secure, which is really reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

Rachel set me up with the storage and was very helpful and made it easy and clear according to my requirements. Andy was always there, helpful and friendly and available for a chat when I was moving things in and out but left me alone if I didn't want him there. My experience was just perfect. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely come back here.
