Excellent process really easy to rent a unit and fill it, much simpler than other places we have used before. Easy to access, no problem closing down, excellent.

Firstly, I don't normally do reviews for items. If I pay for a coffee I expect to get a coffee and not need to leave reviews on how hot it was. However, here's the exception. I've used Apex storage here in Glossop for almost 2 years while between houses. And during that time I've received more than I originally expected. It's as if the coffee came with a table cloth, my own choice of music and a plate of biscuits on the side. Yes, Apex is a storage facility. A high-quality and well maintained storage facility compared to others maybe, but it's still basically a place to just leave your stuff under your own lock and key and then drive back home. Storage facilities should do this as part of their existence - and many do. What stands this place out from others is the genuine friendly and helpful atmosphere. Every time I walked in to the place, if I was spotted, the Apex folks who run the joint welcomed me as a friend. More like a mate or family member rather than just another paying customer. They remembered my 'history' in the place as I ventured into different rental areas. The same way that you'd remember where your mates had been on holiday or what cars they'd owned. From the first time I called in with the enquiry to the day my house was ready to accept my stuff back, it was as friendly and painless as using a spare room at my mate's house to store some of my gear. This atmosphere wasn't forced. They hadn't been on a course for it or read it in the manual. They were just local folk who went that extra mile without realising they were doing so. Add that to the clean and well maintained storage units themselves - part of what you'd expect from a decent storage facility - when I need a storage unit in the future, these folks will be the only call I'll be making. Here's a genuine thank you from me. Thank you.

Everyone at the storage facility is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything you need. First time using apex storage. Fabulous from start to finish. John the van driver was very cheerful, chatty and helpful. The guys in the office did a great job too. Gave us a storage unit on the ground floor for a cheeper price. We were expecting to have to go up a floor so that was fantastic. Can not fault these guys at all. The storage is spacious, clean and bright. I highly recommend apex storage in radcliffe.john even shared his Yorkie bar with me 😋. Thanks guys for a quick and easy service

Really good experience overall. John, the van driver, was honestly lovely. He was so friendly, helpful, and informative, and made the whole moving process feel much easier. I really enjoyed our conversations too, which made the day a lot less stressful. The staff were all amazing as well, honestly 10/10. They replied to emails quickly, got everything set up with no hassle, and were very accommodating. The place also feels secure, which is really reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service – couldn’t recommend more! We used this storage unit service to store our uni stuff before moving into our new house, and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Just relinquished my unit after nearly 6 years. Its been a great 'off site' storage facility for the business. I would definitely have kept the unit on but have made significant changes in the business going forward and don't need the space any longer. Used these guys 12 years ago, and like then, the whole process was seamless. From booking online to the free van hire (John, thank you for keeping us right and not injuring ourselves!) To the storage unit itself. Jamie showed me a number of different sized storage units with no fuss as I rather unexpectedly ended up having to store more than I planned. Then the wonderful Greg finished it all of with the paperwork.

The staff here are fantastic, Greg is an absolute star helped us out so much he was a God send can’t rate him enough! Jamie too kept it all smooth and straight forward. We had a small unit but fitted loads in and very good price. The place itself is also very practical to use and safe. Defo would recommend to others.

I have used several storage facilities over the years but Apex Glossop have been by far the best. Total 5 star service. Staff know their facility. The cleanliness is very high standard. I feel my goods are safe secure dry and easy to access. Staff are friendly and helpful beyond the basic customer service expectations. I moved my good out then realised I couldn't cope with it all so moved some back in they made the process easy and didn't laugh at me like my family did. Highly recommend.

Really nice driver and good service

Rachel set me up with the storage and was very helpful and made it easy and clear according to my requirements. Andy was always there, helpful and friendly and available for a chat when I was moving things in and out but left me alone if I didn't want him there. My experience was just perfect. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely come back here.

Just moved Otto my new unit, having to up the size of my unit 3 times had no issues. Rachael And the team are very accommodating and strive to help in anyway. Had deliveries delivered to the storage unit and if I'm not able to get there in time or they arrive without me knowing the team always make sure it's locked away safe and Secure until I arrive at the unit. If you are looking for somewhere relaxed, easy access and Secure I would highly recommend apex.

i needed some local storage in manchester as i moved home for the summer during uni, the storage made moving all my stuff across the country so much easier, Rachael and Hasnaat (staff) were also extremely lovely and kind with me and made me moving my things out of storage less stressful and i would recommend using apex storage if you need a hassle free storage unit.

I have used Apex Hulme twice now to store my stuff whilst moving between university houses. Both times they have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Not only did they offer safe and clean storage facilities but they also have a van service to pick up and drop off your boxes.

Dave and Jen were extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Apex Self Storage. From my initial telephone enquiry about storage unit rental, with Apex Self Storage Radcliffe, then throughout the actual process of renting a space and vacating the unit afterwards, I received extremely helpful assistance with visual guidance given, regarding the size of the units that i considered suitable for my specified requirements. My personal need for storage was short term, so it was very cost effective, given the currently available discounted price offer for the first 2 months. First time using a storage unit. So easy to do, and that is down to your employees. I first visited a week or two ago to look at the sizes of the units, as recommended on your website. I was shown by Jen. Jen went through the price for the lockup I requested, I was told about the offer that was on, 8 weeks with 50% off for the first 4 weeks. Jen went through everything really thoroughly. Jen also helped me with purchasing some boxes, tape and bubble wrap. I booked the unit the following week over the phone, to start from the 1st Feb. I arrived on the 1st with some boxes. Jen went through all the forms with me, explaining some terms and conditions. I was really impressed with how clean and tidy everywhere is. Trolleys and cages are available to take your boxes etc to the lockup. Jen was super friendly, and very conscientious and made the hold whole experience stress free. An asset to your company. Can I add that your website is so user friendly. The list of what you are going to store, to help you choose the size of unit you may need, is a great idea. I am useless at sizes, and would have chosen one far too big without this. I 100% recommend Apex, they will be my number 1 go to in the future.

Booked small container originally whilst selling house and moving to new flat. Very easy to sort out, staff helpful with sizes of containers needed, showed me the containers to help make my mind up and went through booking in, using lift etc. Sold house but flat fell through so ended up taking another container at short notice. As time progressed swapped the 2x containers for a larger one, very accommodating with swapping containers subject to availability. Easy access with trolleys etc to the containers and could normally park inside the loading bay to unload/load the car. Containers always clean and dry, contents insured as part of the charges. Would use again. Thanks to the staff who always had a smile and a chat when I visited.

I've used Apex Radcliffe for several years on and off and have found the staff to be proffesional, knowledgeable and friendly. The units are clean and dry and there are lots of options. If I need storage again, they will be my first choice.

Only had a unit for a few days and already I’m really impressive service from the staff - from Dave who set up unit answered all my questions and very knowledgeable, then I spoke to Gail to book a van again nothing too much trouble and kept me in the loop ie rang me back when promised and ensured I had the paperwork done I time and finally to John the van driver , arrived early , van spotless and really really pleasant to speak to even encouraged me to put more stuff in the van and giving me moving tips Awesome works it’s really appreciated Thanks

Never used a storage facility before so was unsure what to expect I can’t fault Apex in Radcliffe from the first point of contact to get information and prices to the day we moved our stuff in via the free hire of the their man and van everybody was lovely, friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The whole place is very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage 😁

Can’t fault this storage facility. The staff are friendly and helpful and the units are spotless. I’ve recently vacated two units in this facility after 8 months and used them in the past and I would definitely recommend them but get in there quick because they fill up very quickly.

It's been a year since I write review for this company. I've been with them for a year, my things stored as expected, dry, easy to access with your vehicle. Am glad I chose to use Apex for storage between house moves. The container was perfect for my needs - very useful to be able to drive a van right up to the doors making it really easy to unload and load. Staff were brilliant too. Gary and Sally were friendly and very helpful. Was a pleasure to deal with them.

Excellent introduction by Apex at Warrington.

Apex was perfect for what I needed at the time. I had a 40ft container for around 4 months and it was waterproof and in clean condition and very spacious so perfect 5* from me, Staff were brilliant and customer service is exactly what you would want. 24hr access with brilliant secure site which left me happy to leave mystuff knowing it was on a secure site in my time on the site it was clear to see Apex are keen to improve there sites with even better camara and flood lights when there in the evenings. Manager Gary and staff member Sally will be the reason I would highly recommend this site to my buinsess connections who need storage facility.
