Amazing storage facility. We dealt with both Stephen and Paul, who were extremely helpful, nothing to much trouble, explained how everything worked.
We booked a smaller unit upstairs, managed to get loads in it.
The place is spotless, plenty of trolleys.
They kindly gave us a fob so we could use the facility over the weekend at anytime, which helped us out a lot.
Can't say enough about Apex Glossop, they are fabulous. Keep up the good work guys.

Just moved Otto my new unit, having to up the size of my unit 3 times had no issues. Rachael And the team are very accommodating and strive to help in anyway. Had deliveries delivered to the storage unit and if I'm not able to get there in time or they arrive without me knowing the team always make sure it's locked away safe and Secure until I arrive at the unit.

If you are looking for somewhere relaxed, easy access and Secure I would highly recommend apex.

I cannot recommend them enough. Moved house recently and this was by a country mile the least stressful part of it. I used Apex for storage over the course of the move and it took some of the pressure off. Its all very efficent and seemless, someone has actually thought out the layout of the whole site quite well and the staff I've delt with were very helpful and friendly.

Using this company by recommendation. Friendly people who run this place, containers nice, clean, dry. If you have problem it's always resolved, pleasure to do business with them.

Needed storage staff really helpful and found me just what I was looking for

Used these guys 12 years ago, and like then, the whole process was seamless. From booking online to the free van hire (John, thank you for keeping us right and not injuring ourselves!) To the storage unit itself. Jamie showed me a number of different sized storage units with no fuss as I rather unexpectedly ended up having to store more than I planned. Then the wonderful Greg finished it all of with the paperwork.

John was very patient and friendly throughout our moving out process. He gave us time checks so we knew how much longer we had to load/unload. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

i needed some local storage in manchester as i moved home for the summer during uni, the storage made moving all my stuff across the country so much easier, Rachael and Hasnaat (staff) were also extremely lovely and kind with me and made me moving my things out of storage less stressful and i would recommend using apex storage if you need a hassle free storage unit.

I have used Apex Hulme twice now to store my stuff whilst moving between university houses. Both times they have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Not only did they offer safe and clean storage facilities but they also have a van service to pick up and drop off your boxes.

Rachael was extremely helpful when we had a delay getting in to the site and stayed open after hours to let us finish loading in! I’d recommend Apex Hulme to anyone that needs storage, and will be using them again in future!

First time using a storage unit. So easy to do, and that is down to your employees.
I first visited a week or two ago to look at the sizes of the units, as recommended on your website. I was shown by Jen. Jen went through the price for the lockup I requested, I was told about the offer that was on, 8 weeks with 50% off for the first 4 weeks. Jen went through everything really thoroughly.
Jen also helped me with purchasing some boxes, tape and bubble wrap.
I booked the unit the following week over the phone, to start from the 1st Feb. I arrived on the 1st with some boxes. Jen went through all the forms with me, explaining some terms and conditions.
I was really impressed with how clean and tidy everywhere is. Trolleys and cages are available to take your boxes etc to the lockup.
Jen was super friendly, and very conscientious and made the hold whole experience stress free. An asset to your company.
Can I add that your website is so user friendly. The list of what you are going to store, to help you choose the size of unit you may need, is a great idea. I am useless at sizes, and would have chosen one far too big without this.
I 100% recommend Apex, they will be my number 1 go to in the future.

Overall I'm really satisfied with my experience with Apex (Princess Road). The staff are genuinely really nice people and I reckon it's great value for money, especially considering the moving van is provided free (for 1hr) - Not all Self Storage units offer that. Hasnat was really helpful providing the initial quote and sorting out the contract. The move to the storage unit went smoothly. John (van driver) arrived on time to pick up my things and was really pleasant, giving advice on how best to load everything into the van. Once I arrived at the unit, I was assisted by Rachel who answered all of my queries and went out of her way to ensure the unit would accommodate all of my stuff. Was even offered a brew :) Five Stars from me! Would definitely recommend.

Helped a friend move a range of items into storage due to a house move. My review relates to Tommy the chap who was the driver, part of Apex's 2 hour van/person support service. We got everything done at the house end and Tommy played an absolute blinder at the Apex storage end, empting the van as we moved everything into the storage unit. We met the two hour free part (only just) and Tom played an integral part, so may thanks fella for helping out and doing it with a smile on your face...

I used apex storage services for around 4 months, during summer / autumn whilst we were having some home renovations completed. The whole process was stress free and it made everything so much easier for us. Access to our storage unit was really convenient as it was from 8:30-5:30pm Mon - fri and up until 1pm on Saturdays, which suited us perfectly. Rachael and Hasnaat were so accommodating! I had a seamless experience with Apex Ardwick Storage. As a student graduating in September, it was difficult to pack and move everything back home, so I chose Apex Ardwick (conveniently located near the university) for my storage needs. After a month, I moved all my belongings to another city, and they were incredibly helpful with bringing my luggage down and even recommended some movers. Plus, I was refunded for the weeks I didn’t use within a week. Highly recommend! Thanks to Siobhan :)

Tommy was lovely and so helpful! Would be 5/5 if it were just down to him and the first driver who helped us! However, as a company, they use an awful lot of plastic, with each crate being wrapped in black plastic sheets. It would be great to see them find a more sustainable solution.

We couldn't recommend the team at Apex enough, what started as a pre-house move storage unit rental last year has now turned into us fully running our small business here using one of the offices and a larger storage unit. Nothing is too much trouble, the team are polite, friendly and can't do enough for you which was especially handy when we swapped units more times than we could count due to the business expanding! You won't get better service anywhere else, and as a business we wouldn't be where we are now without them!

Tommy seen me struggling with unpacking and flag packing 166 boxes and offered to help to make the process easier for me it really helped in getting everything sorted with such a short delivery window. Been using this space for 3years the space the cleanliness of the area, pricing is definitely the best available!!

As usual a great experience with the Apex team - sad to say goodbye to the Sportcity site but happy to still be with Apex. I recently stored my items here for a house move. The staff( Donna and Cy) were great from start to finish. Very helpful, polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble. There was lots of packing items available from boxes, and bubble wrap which came in very handy. The site itself was very clean, tidy and well maintained. I would definitely recommend apex congleton to anyone who needs storage.

10/10 service all round, used Apex while waiting for our new keys. The guys on the front desk were very understanding and explained the process clearly. The facility was easy to use, clean and secure. The van service is excellent and huge bonus it helped us massively, plus the driver was super friendly.

I've used Apex Radcliffe for several years on and off and have found the staff to be proffesional, knowledgeable and friendly. The units are clean and dry and there are lots of options. If I need storage again, they will be my first choice.

A really great facility, used between November and Feb. The aisles between units are wide enough to get most items down, always lots of trolleys on the go, you can pack a lot into the lift to get to the first floor and the car park well lit. The staff are very reasonable and will help with any issues, invoicing was very convenient.

Exactly what we needed to store my son’s university belongings

Rented a unit for 2 months between house moves. No issues at all. The team were always really helpful and friendly when we needed to speak to them.

Storage made very easy! I needed to store around 70% of my smaller belongings quickly as part of a house move, and it really couldn't have been simpler: just two forms of ID (they tell you what is acceptable in advance) and a check to see what size storage unit is available. Then, when you're happy with the unit and the storage period you need, pay for it and start moving belongings/stock in. They provide free use of large trolleys and a sack truck. I would advise bringing a padlock, if you have one (or you can buy a good one at a reasonable price from Apex). And, assuming you clear the unit by the date agreed, that's it! If this is looking unlikely, though, speak to the staff and they will talk you through your options - they cater for most eventualities. I'd like to thank Donna and Cy for their friendly advice and hassle-free admin. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and highly recommend Apex to others.

The staff were great and the facilities were perfect. The location was central. I was very pleased with all that was on offer. If you need a man-in-a-can, then use Reliable Kid, he was fantastic!

Never used a storage facility before so was unsure what to expect I can’t fault Apex in Radcliffe from the first point of contact to get information and prices to the day we moved our stuff in via the free hire of the their man and van everybody was lovely, friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.

I have used Apex for the last 15 months. Really helpful team at Congleton. Easy to access out of hours too. Alarms definitely work!! Haha I know as I have forgotten to put my code in when the team are on site and I opened the door to my unit and the alarms go off. I like that though as shows how secure it is. Would 100% recommend using them. Loads of different size units available too.

My only criticism would be the price , a little bit expensive just to store your spare things.

A new venture for me as I was finding it difficult to climb the ladder into the loft to store mainly Christmas decorations. The staff, Jen, was most helpful, showing me the container I was looking for, and dealing with the booking. I have deposited some of my items into the locker with more to follow! It was perhaps more expensive than I thought, but it does include insurance, was nice and clean, and I will have hopefully, made it a bit easier for myself in the future.

Donna and the team are great, friendly and efficient, very helpful. Put stuff in our unit out of hours, system worked great, very useful. Only reason for the four stars is there was a leak in the roof, but that has been rectified before it became a problem.

Needed to use Apex to store furniture while we're waiting for a new house. From the point of reservation to moving in the process has been straightforward and the staff really helpful.

Apex was perfect for what I needed at the time. I had a 40ft container for around 4 months and it was waterproof and in clean condition and very spacious so perfect 5* from me,

24hr access with brilliant secure site which left me happy to leave mystuff knowing it was on a secure site in my time on the site it was clear to see Apex are keen to improve there sites with even better camara and flood lights when there in the evenings.
